Villa Atas Awan
Villa Atas Awan in North Ubud is a serene complex of two magnificent wooden houses separated by a stunning 30 meter swimming pool. The houses, perched on a hillside among rice paddies 20 minutes north of Ubud, provide grand vistas of Bali’s central mountain range.
The houses, which are over 100 years old, were transported from Java and reconstructed on former rice paddies on the edge of a small village. The only sounds heard at Villa Atas Awan are those of nature; birds, insects and the occasional crow of a rooster.
